Terms of use

Last Updated: January 1, 2026
1. Parties and scope

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with the documents referenced here (including the Privacy Policy), form a legally binding agreement between you and RELATECH LABS LTD ("we", "us", "our").

1.2. The Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the "Services").

1.3. By accessing or using the Services (including as a guest), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and age restrictions

2.1. The Services are intended only for adults. You may use the Services only if you are 18+ (or older if the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher).

2.2. The Services are not directed to minors. If you are under 18, you must not access or use the Services.

2.3. If your jurisdiction requires mandatory age verification, you must complete it before continuing to use the Services. We may notify you about this requirement via email or in-product notices.

2.4. We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that fail or refuse verification at any time.

3. Age verification methods and compliance

3.1. Depending on legal requirements, we may use one or more verification approaches, including:

  • Government ID upload;
  • Government ID plus live selfie;
  • AI-based facial age estimation;
  • Payment card ownership checks (for age confirmation);
  • Open banking verification (via banking APIs confirming account holder age).

3.2. Where required by law, we may use certified third-party verification providers. We aim to follow applicable data minimization and anonymization standards.

3.3. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you provide. Providing false data, documents that do not belong to you, or otherwise attempting to bypass verification may expose you to legal consequences with regulators or authorities.

3.4. Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to conceal your location may violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any resulting consequences.

4. Acceptance of Terms and updates

4.1. Using the Services indicates acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

4.2. If the Services present an "I Agree" checkbox/button during registration, clicking it constitutes acceptance even if you do not read the Terms.

4.3. We may update these Terms and referenced documents at any time. Updated versions become binding once published. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

4.4. Notices or rules posted elsewhere in the Services may supplement or override parts of these Terms where permitted.

5. Access types and account categories

5.1. You may use the Services:

  • (a) as a visitor without registration ("Guest");
  • (b) as a registered user with limited access ("Free User"); or
  • (c) as a registered user who purchases pay-as-you-go features ("Pay-As-You-Go User").

5.2. Where these Terms apply to everyone, we refer to "users" or "members" to include all categories above.

6. Pay-as-you-go pricing and payments (no subscription)

6.1. Some features may require one-time purchases (for example, token packs). Prices are shown at the point of purchase.

6.2. We do not sell subscriptions, and we do not provide ongoing access based on recurring membership fees. Purchases are pay-as-you-go unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific one-time transaction.

6.3. Available token packages may include (examples): 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 / 100 / 250 tokens. We may change package sizes and pricing at any time (see Section 6.8).

6.4. If you see "JOIN FOR FREE", it means registration may be free, but some functionality may remain limited unless you purchase pay-as-you-go features.

6.5. Taxes and administrative charges are included in displayed prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6.6. If a payment is declined, access to paid features may be limited until payment is successful.

6.7. No automatic renewal: token packs are purchased per transaction. We do not automatically renew or re-bill you for "membership".

6.8. Price changes: if we change prices or package offerings, we may notify you by email at least 7 days in advance where required by law. You can simply choose not to buy additional packages if you do not accept updated pricing.

7. Alternative payment assistance (MOTO)

7.1. If you cannot pay through the online system, we may offer "Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO)" allows payment assistance via our support team.

7.2. During MOTO, you may be asked for information necessary to process payment. For security, you may be required to enter certain card security details yourself.

7.3. We may perform identity verification for fraud prevention.

7.4. You remain responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding telephone payments.

8. Billing disputes and refunds

8.1. If you dispute a charge, you agree to contact us first (by email or phone) to try to resolve it before filing a formal chargeback with your card provider.

8.2. Disputes must be raised within three (3) months of the transaction date unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8.3. Purchases made through Apple's iTunes/App Store are subject to Apple's refund rules; we may not be able to process those refunds.

8.4. Refunds may be provided where required by law or in exceptional cases (for example, serious service malfunction). Dissatisfaction or "buyer's remorse" is not automatically a basis for refund.

8.5. If refund is issued, it is processed back to the original payment method (no cash refunds).

8.6. Token refund rule: refunds for unused tokens may be available within 14 days of purchase only if (a) services have not started, (b) the account remains active, and (c) you have not waived withdrawal rights by requesting immediate access, where such rights apply by law.

9. User responsibilities and conduct

9.1. You are responsible for your actions on the Services and for all interactions with other users, including online dating risks.

9.2. We do not intervene in user disputes except when content or behavior requires moderation, safety enforcement, or legal compliance.

9.3. You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, transmit, or display. You remain liable even if your content infringes third-party rights.

9.4. Your account is for personal use only. You may not transfer your account, allow others to use it without permission, or attempt to access another user's account.

9.5. If you create a new account using an email tied to an inactive account, we may replace the older account data with the newly provided information.

10. Information you provide and user warranties

10.1. By registering or using the Services, you confirm that:

  • (h) you are not subject to court orders related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment (where lawful to declare).

10.2. You must not submit identity documents or data that belong to someone else. We are not liable for claims arising from unauthorized submission of third-party documents.

  • (d) interfere with service availability through flooding/spamming/viruses;

11.3. If you violate this Section 11 (including spam), we may pursue all available legal remedies, including statutory penalties where applicable.

12. Photo/video rules

12.1. Uploaded photos/videos may be moderated and require approval.

12.2. Your images must not include: contact details; watermarks/logos (except the current site); drugs or drug activity; offers of money for sexual activity; minors; child sexual abuse material (will be reported to authorities); explicit violence/abuse; defamatory/threatening content; overly artificial filters; images with no visible person; multiple people without consent; celebrities (you bear IP risk); content infringing IP; offensive gestures/blood/cruelty; animals; weapons or promotion of violence; or mismatched gender identity representation intended to mislead.

12.3. We may also restrict images showing alcohol, tobacco, hookahs, money, or gambling where we consider it necessary for safety/compliance.

13.3. We may remove content from public areas and apply account restrictions, including suspension or termination, consistent with Section 16.

14. Notifications and automated messages

14.1. To improve user engagement, we may send system notifications such as activity alerts (registration, photo uploads, matches, etc.) via pop-ups, inbox messages, or instant messages.

14.2. You can opt out of certain notifications or adjust preferences in account settings.

14.3. Some notifications or message functionality may require spending tokens or purchasing pay-as-you-go access to the relevant feature (see Section 6).

15. Age verification

15.1. To access certain features of the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

15.2. We may require users to complete an age verification process before accessing the Services. Age verification may be conducted through a third-party verification provider, Didit.

15.3. By proceeding with the age verification process, you agree to provide the information required by the verification provider and acknowledge that the verification process is performed by an independent third party. We do not control and are not responsible for the policies or practices of the verification provider.

15.4. If you fail to complete the age verification process or if your age cannot be verified, access to the Services may be restricted or denied.

15.5. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to protect our users.

16. Custom promo messages and "Promote My Account"

16.1. We may allow users to send template or semi-automated promotional messages ("Custom Messages").

16.2. For safety, we may review, limit, or automatically modify Custom Messages to reduce risks (e.g., harassment, misleading content, sharing contact details).

16.3. "Promote My Account" may broadcast selected messages to other users. Sending may be free, but viewing/replying functionality may require pay-as-you-go feature access (tokens), depending on how the feature is configured.

16.4. We may change availability, pricing, or rules for these promotional tools at any time (see Section 6.8).

17. Login security and reporting issues

17.1. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. We are not responsible for third-party access resulting from your sharing of credentials or negligence.

19. Staff profiles

19.1. We may create and maintain test profiles managed by our staff ("Staff Profiles") to test features, quality, and functionality and to research and improve Services.

19.2. Staff Profiles are not a guarantee that search results always represent real user profiles.

20. Intellectual property and license to use your content

20.1. All intellectual property in the Services (including trademarks and content) belongs to us or is licensed to us. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

20.2. In such case we will provide notice as required by law. 21. Third-party rights and DMCA

21.1. You confirm you own or control rights to content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights (privacy, publicity, IP, contract, etc.).

24.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RELATECH LABS LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
